Location!!!
And the view from the room - exceptional!
Elevator is too small for 2 adults and 3 suitcases…
Breakfast was really basic and bellow, coffee from an automatic machine was untasty .
In addition , it seems the hotel is not optimally maintained…
We like to go down through the stairs and one of the bulbs in a strategic location was burned and we almost fell in the dark staircase… you really feel in such moments how come ? It really shows that so many workers in the hotel saw it and did not care…

Decent location between the old town and the port, nice roof terrace
Plumbing a bit tired

Good location and view from superior room. The staff and view from Herbs Garden and the breakfast staff
V poor checking in process about midnight on 14th September, ignored for 5 plus minutes by staff member on phone. Lovely manager of Herbs Garden then came to reception and we asked for his help. This promoted the night manager to produce a form whilst still on the phone and say ‘sign here’ ! To which I replied ‘please’ ! Unfortunate first impression . Other staff fine.

Centrally located overlooking the Rocca a Mare fortess
Dated facility that is more of a 3* hotel rather than its 4* star rating.
