Breakfast was basic and replenishment was poor

Decent location and facilities, very good breakfast selection.

The AC made terribly loud noises all day and night; because the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to switch rooms, so we had to turn it off during a heat wave. They did offer us a fan, but it was the one the receptionist was using, so we felt bad taking it. The breakfast cook was overwhelmed; they could have more than one cook, because he was very flustered keeping up with it all.

The pool area and general layout and feel of the property

The air conditioning unit in the room was so noisy you couldn’t sleep through it, had to keep switching it off and on throughout the night. We did ask for it to be looked at but have no idea if this took place. The hotel walls seem to be pretty thin as you can hear everything and when people shut their doors they literally slam shut, all waking you up. The bed although comfortable moved around a fair bit, it wasn’t a sturdy bed. You had to leave deposits for everything things I feel should be included in the stay such as the key to the safe in the room and pool towels. Although there was a kettle in the room with two cups, there were no spoons and no tea or coffee provided. A bit over priced for the overall stay.

The pool, the bar, the staff, the food was only ok

Looking a bit run down in bathroom, the lifts,up stairs in the passage ways,
