This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! We were travelling with our 11 and 13 year old boys. Our room was perfect size for a family of 4, it had two rooms and a little area which they also made up as a room. It was spotlessly clean and there was fresh linen and bed sheets everyday. The gym was fantastic and we used it every morning as a family. The food was absolutely delicious I ordered lots of different food and was never disappointed. The most important thing about Bill & Coo is there staff! I have stayed at lots of hotels and I have never experienced staff as friendly and helpful as Bill & Coo staff. They honestly could not do enough for you. Our flight got cancelled so we had to return back to the hotel and they welcomed us with open arms let us use the pool and just made us feel so at home so I will be forever grateful for that.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this hotel it was just perfect!

- Very tasty breakfast - All pools including our private room one were heated! Super important in the off season - Service was very friendly and helpful when arranging taxis and transfers - Fantastic welcome with complimentary bottle + fruit + chocolate :)

- Two sinks would be nice but perhaps that's only in the best rooms

Unfortunately, we have been mislead . We booked Bill&Co that is 10 mins walk from downtown and surprisingly we found out the second day that we were accommodated in another branch that is very far and requires a car! The hotel displays all rooms under one name and they claim that the suite we have chosen is on the far one! I didn’t like this trick at all and it was late to change!

Telia! The hotel is perfection. The staff is so helpful and kind. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are so beautiful. The concierge communicates with you via WhatsApp and is super responsive. Whenever I needed a transfer, I messaged them, and they immediately responded. The concierge also helped me book reservations at the hottest spots. I can’t wait to return!!

We travel a lot, and I can truly say that this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Service is just fantastic, the staff - everyone - is exceptional! It is high quality throughout. Beautiful design, big rooms, pool area is great with an amazing view of the bay. Very chilled and relaxed. Breakfast is superb! Ideal location just at the outskirts of Mykonos town. We are a family with 2 toddlers, and we felt so welcome and taken care of, even with the two little ones that can sometimes cry etc, and this relaxed atmosphere was great! The hotel helped us arrange a babysitter with very short notice one evening, and it was so smooth. The whatsapp service is so efficient. We will be back for sure!!

We loved just absolutely everything. Great service! Food also good. I had a wonderful treatment with Valmont products. When you visit the Spa ask for Maria. She is the best.

We visited Bill & Coo in the middle/end of October. Certain facilities were already closed such as the Beef Bar. It was also not possible anymore to book certain treatments in the Spa (Mani- and Pedicure). This was slightly disappointing. It would have been better to mention the closure of various facilities on the website.

The staff is very attentive, it is clear that their goal is to please. We celebrated our honeymoon and stayed in a suite with hot tub, which is great for October. the restaurant and bar is good, loved their drinks and meals. we would come back again without hesitation. This place truly set the bar for us!

Such a lovely chilled out hotel and the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. Hotel not too big which was great as if felt quite exclusive. Excellent food and drinks.

Everything great except jacuzzi could have been hotter.

The setting was amazing, the staff were tremendously friendly and helpful and the overall experience was exceptional.
