The location, peace and quiet and the views. The staff are fantastic and a lovely team.
We have stayed here 4 times since 2017 and we love it here. However we do think the rooms are currently feeling a little tired and more difficult to get the cleanliness it deserves.

The staff and views were great. Room very comfortable and spacious
We had an evening meal which unfortunately we did not enjoy, so did nor return.
Somewhere on balcony to dry swim wear etc would be useful

Location great, between Oia and Fira. Our room had a private porch w hot tub overlooking the water.
We were given a welcome drink. We had dinner there the first night, very good with same beautiful views. The breakfast (included) was very good with many choices. Loved this hotel!

Beautiful views and room! Staff Alexandros and Alexandra were so helpful!
The only thing is that it is not very accessible because it is about a mile away from the center of Imerovigli. The listing said transport to hotel was provided but it was an added cost that was very expensive.
