The location was prime!
Our bathroom was too small and smells like sewage. The sink was leaking water and it soaked the box of tissues underneath the sink => maintenance issues

the very central location; the central heating - it was possible to adjust the room heating according to personal preference
the lack of sport facilities, e.g. gym at the hotel; the room size was very small - just sufficient space to walk around the bed

I loved the central location, it was just steps away from a lively square with great food and bars, plus easy access to taxis and parking. Since we had a 3 a.m. checkout, I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries available so early.
Because of the nearby bars, the street outside gets very lively on weekends, with street noise continuing until around 3 or 4 a.m.
