Completely renovated hotel. Lovely rooms, nice lobby and restaurant. Modern yet very comfortable with excellent service throughout. Great location. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel que cuida mucho todos los detalles. Personal muy amable, la habitación súper cómoda con mil detalles. La ubicación buena, cerca de transporte público. Nos hicieron un detalle muy bonito por nuestra luna de miel. El desayuno una pasada, nos encantó!!! Un lujo!!!

Como única pega, que la piscina climatizada que sale en la fotos es de pago. Y no lo esperábamos

많은 호텔을 경험했지만 강추하고싶다.. 4일동안 숙박하면서 느낀점은 호텔의 청결유지와 직원들의 프로패셔널한 서비스에 만족했고 조식과 해피아워 메뉴의 다양함과 무엇보다 너무 맛있어서 호텔맛집이였다.

The location is excellent. While it's a bit farther from downtown, it's still very convenient, taking only 20-30 minutes by subway or bus. It's a cozy spot for relaxation, and you can also enjoy a leisurely stroll to Namsan.

The room is wonderful, but there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness; there is still visible dust in the closet. During my four-night stay, I noticed that the breakfast remained the same each day.

The location was great. We had a great view of namsan tower.

Unfortunately we can only access the indoor pool.but still. Overall our stay is amazing

One night we needed a taxi or bus to get to Namsan tower and the valet (an older gentleman) went above and beyond to get us there by waving down buses and taxis and was extremely helpful and kind

Did not have full access to all facilities (outdoor pool, spa, sauna) these services were apparently for members of the hotel only which I found a little strange as I’ve stayed in other Pullman hotels many times and have always been given access to these facilities. We also had construction going on between 10am and 4pm both days we were there so it was difficult to have a sleep in. This was something that I’m sure was out of there control yet it was still an inconvenience as they never told us it was happening .

Very nice Premium hotel with very good facilities. The location is good with lot's of options nearby. It's 30mins walking distance from the street food place. I didn't choose the breakfast option because I thought it was too expensive. I walked by the breakfast area though and they had a great selection. For a light breakfast, it's not worth it. Also, the prices at the bar are for people who don't care about the bill. For me, it was not worth the value.

I wanted to have a coffee and a dessert at the hotel but the prices were not reasonable for me. Nothing else to complain about really.

The property is very modern and clean.

The biggest issues with this hotel are staff training and facilities. On booking.com the hotel shows many beautiful photos of a swimming pool that looks like it’s inside. However, this is a covering for the pool and it is actually the outside pool. Unless you have specific (more expensive) rooms in the hotel, you are not allowed access at all to the pool area. This includes the pool/seating area and this is also if you are ordering drinks, you are still not allowed to sit there. This is not stated obviously on the website. All guests are allowed access to the inside pool, which is very small and was often filled with people as people outside the hotel can have memberships there. Our main issue with staffing was that there was not consistency regarding information. For example, we were told that we did not need to wear a hat in the inside pool. However, we were then stopped mid swim and asked to buy a swimming cap for 5000 won. Obviously, at this point we were already in the pool.

The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. They often went out of their way to help. Room was spacious enough for Seoul standard. Pool was also spacious and very cleanly maintained, with a safety guard present at all times.

Spacious room with good AC, good amenities, nice gym, friendly and helpful staff, airport limousine pick-up.

Gyn was not 24hours and no sanitary wipes at the gym.

Techy stuff functioned well (screen mirroring, room controls, etc.) Sauna, pools were nice Staff were very kind

even though it was overall disappointing, and we left early, some positive things have to be noted: There’s a nice indoor pool, and good breakfast variety. some of the staff was really friendly and helpful when we checked out earlier.

The problem with the air conditioning some other guests already mentioned has not been solved. Room temperature at night was 26.5°. When we complained, they told us that they turn off the air conditioning at night in order to save energy costs, and that the room temperature cannot be regulated individually. We could either leave the window open or use a fan. I’m all for saving energy, but the fan was noisy and did not cool the room down, of course. after three nights with little sleep, we’ve decided to leave and move to another hotel. Leaving early was also sort of complicated, because they couldn’t simply reimburse us for the nights we didn’t use, but had already paid for. Staff at the reception was helpful though.

the hotel is just a short walk to donguk university which is quite central. it is conveniently located near areas such as myeongdong, ikseongdong and hongdae.

my toilet clogged and flooded the whole room. they made up for it by upgrading me to a better room at one of the highest floor. so i’m really thankful. but what’s unpleasant about the hotel wasn’t the toilet (since they were apologetic), but the politeness of the staff - not all are friendly. met a rude staff on my first day of check in. worst of all, this 5 star hotel turns off the air-con at night!! so be prepared to feel really warm while sleeping - i wake up perspiring every night. you can request for a fan but are you paying this much to sleep with a fan at night? in addition you cannot control the temperature of your room as it is centralised. this is really unpleasant and i won’t go back to this hotel as basic air con needs are not even met. i’m surprised that a 5 star hotel has such restrictions.
