The room was spacious. It's an old building so the floor was slightly uneven which added to the character. The breakfast was good quality maybe slightly pricey if paid on the day so best to pay at the time of booking! The staff, particularly Natasha on reception were very helpful.
Nothing was unacceptable

The hotel was in an excellent location right by the train station and the town Centre. My daughter was impressed by the large car park at the rear of the hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice.
We found the beds too soft and the room was particularly hot even with the window open.
