We had a superior lake room and the views over looking the lake were unreal! The bed was so comfy, staff so friendly and food was fab!! We used the spa facilities too they were great! Can’t wait to return

Lack of qualified and skilled bar staff (no ability to make cocktails - just a choice of four or five cocktail “spigots”).

The breakfast was good. Dinner very small portions with vegetables like one tiny carrot one stem of broccoli had to pay for extra chips to bulk the meal. There wasn't any starters that suited our taste.
I paid to have a superior room the view and having plenty of hot water were the only assets the leather chairs were very old and worn and most uncomfortable it wasn't a room to enjoy only the view. The furniture in lounges were very old and
need replacing it was not a place you would like to sit and have a drink after dinner.
