Comfy bed and pillows, good shower, nice room, helpful pleasant staff, good breakfast, huge pot of tea with a mug!; convenient location

Location and dog friendly.
It wasn’t made clear to me there was an extra charge for the dog at the time of booking, so I thought I was getting a better price than I actually did due to the £25 charge for the dog - which I think is a bit steep. Lesson learnt - Read the small print.
