Room was good and very close to zoo
We didnt know the pool was closed.
It was hot yet the radiators in public areas were red hot.
The breakfast was very dissapointing as the hot food was sparce and not replenished.
The bar staff were very slow.

Nice woodland setting, newly refurbished room. Bathroom still to be updated to the same standard as the main room.
Nothing really. Due to renovations taking place there was quite a bit of rubbish and empty paint cans around, but once cleared up it would look great.

Lovely location friendly staff. Our room was perfect 104 ground floor with comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast room.
The only criticism was the breakfast although plenty of choice we both thought our breakfasts could have been hotter.
