I did not have breakfast.
The room and hotel generally looks rather worn. However, recently purchased and managed by new owner. Who I would expect is planning on updating over the next few years. The Owner was on site and very welcoming and helpful .

The beds were pretty comfy, and the shower was lovely and warm. Location was great as it's not too far from Hever Castle.
Room was quite dusty and very old looking (a lot of beige). Hairdryer needs replacing on the wall, it's quite old, as in 1970s vibe. It felt a bit damp in the room, radiator was a bit mouldy inside.

The only one thing I can fault with the hotel is that they don't do food so you have to go else where for your breakfast.

Beds were comfy, room clean. Staff friendly.
No breakfast available, not made clear at booking. Emailed twice without reply.
Paid £40 for 2 people breakfast at pub, meal cost less at cafe.
Bathroom had stains on roof.
Accommodation was noisy late into evening and early morning.
No staff in morning or key deposit box.
