Breakfast had a lot of choice and good, The Spa Pool area was nice and warm with a reasonable size pool.
The long residential private road and Golf Club next door to the Hotel were not expected (so the hotel didn't feel quite as 'countryside remote')
Also, the hotel rooms are a 'bit of a maze' to find !

Very helpful and friendly team. Meal in the bar was lovely, breakfast well cooked and hot.
First room I was showed to was a bit musty so asked to be moved.
Next room was much better but still a little tired for the money.

Location for golf good and within walking distance for Sutton Coldfield
Beds were OK but not the most comfortable. Very noisy early morning as our room was overlooking the car park.

The bar area was good with a lovey terrace.
The room was small and under a staircase which proved noisy. Didn't feel it had had the best of cleans between guests either.
