We had a room on the top floor which gave us a sea view. The location was good, just by the promenade.
That there was no parking, even though I am pretty sure I read that it did have parking included. Basically they have a very small car park and it's first come first serve. That was really diappointing and stressful after a long drive.

The hotel itself , it's staff and facilities were excellent.
Room 356. The bathroom smells of drains all the time. We mentioned it to reception but could not be moved as the hotel was full. Fair enough. The man on reception said he'd ask housekeeping to put bleach in the drains. Unbeknown to him I was in earshot when the hotel manager appeared, said to the receptionist that bleach wouldn't do anything; he'd been there 20 years and it was always the same; and that we could check out if we wished!

Very helpful staff. Very clean and daily seviced rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet, and cooked if needed. Evening meals at hotel were also very good.Definitely would stay here again.
I couldnt really fault it. I managed to patk on side street in the leas fairly cheaply and after 5 was free until 11am.

Nice location. Staff in the bar were welcoming & helpful (esp. Jay).
The hotel does not have adequate parking. I had to pay for parking in a local residential area. Our room was small (even after an upgrade). The bed was very floppy. Breakfast was slow because of inadequate staffing. We couldn't obtain a duplicate key card for the room - they didn’t have enough.
