The staff are amazing

The room was very generous with huge windows overlooking the sea. Large comfortable bed and pillows plus a very big bathroom with walk-in shower. Shower gel and shampoo was provided and the towels were good quality. There was a tea making tray, fridge, iron and ironing board which was much appreciated. The air conditioning worked well and was needed as it was a very warm night.
Breakfast was offered but at an extra £19 per person, we felt that it was much too expensive.

The location was excellent, the staff were great especially the young man in the cocktail lounge he couldnt do enough. The bed was 10/10 comfortable and really comfy pillows. Room nice and cool due to air con and nice and quiet.
The spa needs updating the pool is really nice however the jacuzzi really needs redoing the tiles are discoloured making it not very inviting they are also coming away in some places so its not very nice to relax in. Theres a lovely outside area at the spa but not furniture out there to enjoy it. The drinks and food prices are also really steep even for a hotel.

The location was excellent and we had a very pleasant afternoon tea.
The spa facilities were extremely outdated and not hygienic at all, they surely can use an upgrade!
