Hotel was near to Airport.

The room had a continuous sewerage smell. The hotel know about this as they had an electrical air freshner on in the hallway all day and night. There were numerous electrical extensions which were connected to each other across the room. There was nowhere to place suitcases and nowhere to hang clothes or unpack as there was no cupboards or coat hooks. The ensuite was tiny and not of a good standard. The television was mounted on the wall at about 8 or 9 foot in the air and would be impossible to watch for ant time. I would not stay here again and may change who I book accommodation through in the future.

Manned 24 house. Very clean. Really surpassed my expectations. Perfect for overnight stay if flying from Gatwick as it's only 5 minutes drive. Continental breakfast had plenty of varieties. The scents around the hotel was relaxing. I had to make a couple of adjustments to my booking which was fulfilled with no questions asked.

Really hard to find any negatives.

Shuttle service to airport. Because I had a lot of luggage, rushed and didn't want to stress myself with public transportation. Hotel solved my problem for reasonable price for 2 people, almost like the cost for a bus.

This hotel was ideal 👌 location. Close to the airport and train station. There's nothing I can fault . Staff were really nice. And the restaurant food was amazing. Iv never had Indian food but my god it was delicious. They also had a British menu. So win win . Would definitely return .

The room was o.k. the breakfast was o.k. the location along with shuttle service was good. If you like authentic Indian food the restaurant was Good !!! All these were as expected, what exceeded my expectation was the helpfulness of the staff. Very friendly and polite, they were a 10👍.

The acorn lodge is a small hotel, but with the narrow hallways and multiple staircases I actually got lost a couple of times. So not a real issue

Room was Very noisy with traffic noise after arriving at 23.30 to be woken up from 0500 not conducive to a restful night! Unoccupied breakfast tables from previous clients were not cleared away until a female started working at 10.00.
