Club room was excellent
I booked a club room for 2 people, we got 1 bath towel and one hand towel, had to ask staff twice.
Also bed sheet had a stain.
Other than that have stayed here many times also a member at the leisure club.

I was at the village hotel for the glitz and glamour ball on Saturday organised by Julie Child and Tracey Child-Farish
And the hotel could not have been any better
I travelled down from glasgow and my stay could not have been any better I will definitely be back on my next visit to swindon and would highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast substantial.
They send on their invoices via email but I booked via Bookng.com so had to chase them for this. Will remember next time.

Cleanliness
Room was very noisy with traffic noise. Loud noise in foyer from classes? No quiet area ..
