The location & parking
The room had two badly cracked windows . The sash windows were both broken, solidly jammed & unable to be open or closed at will . The hot tap knob was unattached & came away in your hand when using the shower .There was no grab handle in the shower & made it extremely dangerous whenever getting in or out of the shower . The shower head was unadjustable & shot out at all angles rather than over your body . The hot tap in the sink was fitted so that you had to turn it clockwise to turn it on , which is against the norm . The door to the room internally was covered in old stickers & bits of old tape .
When I told the concierge about the dangerous windows he came & confirmed they were & said they would be fixed . One was laughably repaired but the other not at all .
