7 / 10Buono·ott 2026

Lovely and helpful staff, comfy bed, generous breakfast.

The bathroom was tired and the shower dripped all night. The bedroom door was hard to open/shut. The dinner was ok but nothing like the fine dining suggested by the photos

8 / 10Eccellente·ott 2026

Included breakfast. Cosy double chair in the room.

Lighter colour ceiling and walls in room 25 would have increased the light in the room. The shower flow was weak.

9 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026

Clean, stylish, generous room. Very helpful, polite and cheerful staff.

Position right on the road less than ideal ,but it was not noisy or intrusive.

Great location with train station for easy access to Great Malvern and Ledbury. Nice bar and restaurant Good food and friendly service.

The room was quite grubby The bathroom blind was really mouldy and the bathroom not at all clean. The shower was very weak No wardrobe and limited storage.
