I made a mistake when booking online but the staff there were very helpful and empathetic.
Keep up the good work.

The building itself was lovely.
The shower in our room was brilliant.
Great breakfast and lovley bar meals.
Great to have a fridge in the room.
Didn't realise the swimming pool was open to local swimming club and for children's swim lessons which left very little space in the pool for guessed to use.
Four light bulbs not working.

It was an ok hotel. Nothing to wright about, not many complaints. It was clean.
Maybe it was my fault, But I was expecting a little charm hotel set in a 19th century baronial house. The baronial house is there and its very nice, but so its the massive 120 rooms hotel, that past the lobby and dinning rooms felt more like an executive hotel near an airport. The mattress on the bed clearly needs replacement.

Have visited in the past and enjoyed our stay.
No interaction with staff. Took my grandchildren to the pool. Facilities there were run down and changing room floor was disgustingly filthy, with and open drain on the floor thick with hair and dirt.
