Fantastic location and the flat itself was spacious and comfy! Well equipped kitchen too.

Instructions for things like heating were out of date. WIFI didn’t reach into living room/kitchen.

Pietluttig maar de kitnaden en de losse wc bril vielen me op. Als dit goed was. Was het een dikke 10. Zou hier ook zo met mijn gezin heen gaan. Waren nu met de vriendengroep.

Staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. Apartment was great - comfortable and well-furnished.

The location was odd - everything around us felt deserted after dark including Royal Mile. It is quite a walk into the city centre.

Es ist eine sehr gute lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Die Rezeption ist 24 stunden geöffnet. Unser Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern hatte zwei Duschen, Toiletten eine große Küche und geräumiches Wohnzimmer.

Eine Dusche hatte wenig wasserdruck.

Hotel room was spotlessly clean Kitchen area was well equipped with dish washer, fridge, cooker, microwave. Bedding very clean good standard. Bathroom was clean.

Some tiles around the bath were broken. The shower was difficult to work and the water was scalding hot. Needs to be a sign saying this.

Superb location, right beside parliament and the lovely Pakora Bar. Well equipped kitchen, had all the facilities. Breakfast was a decent selection too.

Your hot water comes from a tiny tank, which runs out quick. I had to boil the kettle a bunch of times to have a bath. Also the room was quite noisy. Loud screeching noise in our room whenever anyone in the building used water; interior door isn’t soundproof so always hear whoever’s passing, doors slamming etc; single glazing didn’t keep outside noise out. Decor quite dated.

Located in a great area- walkable to most main sites & shops. Pleasant rooms with good facilities- kitchen, showers etc

Our room wasn’t ready on normal checking in time. The staff member who initially dealt with us then ignored us until we had to approach a different staff member who was effective in sorting out. Cleaning staff were helpful & supplied tbags as the ones in the cannister were mouldy!

The mattress was good quality. The room was clean. It is well out fitted with appliances. I didn't stay long, only one night.

The location is a bit difficult to get to, in my experience. At night, it felt a bit unsafe to travel to as a young woman alone.

Die Lage ist wirklich super

Sehe hellhörig. Bett sehr klein und unbequem. Parkplatz schwierig, da sich sehe viel altes Möbel da gestapelt hat. Frühstück kann man das nicht nennen, wenn einem eine Packung Toast und verpackter Käse, Marmelade etc hingelegt wird. Für mich keine 4 Sterne.

It was away from the tourist center which was nice but within walking distance. The staff was pleasant. The kitchen was handy.

The room was dingy. It could use a good painting. The hot water was really scalding. You have to be careful so you don’t get burned.

La ubicación, prácticamente sobre la Royal Mile y las instalaciones. Todo nuevísimo y muy completo ( lavavajillas y lavarropas incluido) El personal muy amable

Todo bien pensando. No hacía falta nada. Las cosas para desayuno por los días que estuvimos, Lavarropa, lavavajillas, microondas, cocina eléctrica, heladera. Buena decoración, camas cómodas, baño amplio y ducha excelente. Volvería si regreso a Edimburgo

Staff not very helpful. Room needed TLC , kitchen worktops had bits missing, living room floor had bits missing, shower door was on verge of coming off, settee seen better days, oven symbols had all worn off so no way of knowing how to use it. Was basic but for what we paid I didn’t feel it was good value for money especially added was the interaction with staff, not welcoming at all.

Decor was a basic but very functional. It was really clean.

Great location with tesco express and asian grocery store just round the corner, and great walking trail nearby as well.

The sink in our room was clogged and was not fixed during the stay despite it's been reported so the remaining two days were kinda unbearable as we had to live with filthy smelly bathroom.

Location was excellent

Decor very run down, lots of wear and tear in all rooms. Sink in bathroom had large crack, bath tub has ceramic chipped area exposing the black area on the floor of the bath. Kitchen units and worktop well worn and door fronts ill fitting and mismatched and bears no resemblance to the nice sleek shiny one advertised online. Walls in lounge have some filled areas ? being prepped for being painted. I did wonder with all the visible problems if we would get our £50 deposit back which is charged on arrival as prior payment for any damage! Although advertised as a serviced apartment we had been there for almost forty-eight hours and our bins hadn’t been emptied, no fresh towels offered and certainly no cleaning undertaken. My husband asked at reception for a black bin bag to put out our own rubbish and also collected some fresh towels, he also asked who he could make a complaint to and the Receptionist gave him a card with email address of company. Not long after this someone who I assume was there to service the apartment walked in the apartment door, then entered a closed bedroom door and then into the ensuite where I was making ready to have a shower (semi nude) and only said “oh no” and promptly left. (There is a very loud fan in the ensuite shower room which I would have thought would point to the fact someone was inside)A simple knock and shout of “room service” could easily have avoided this.

Very good location, sheltered from city noise but within yards of the Royal Mile and some buses. Very well equipped room - dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc. Very helpful reception. Tesco store very close and open all hours!

There was a lot fitted into a smallish room, leaving insufficient room for two people's clothes. (I don't mind living out of a suitcase, but some people might!) Bus route to the centre and the main sights was very close, but other routes needed a fair walk involving a steep climb.

The room were spacious and comfy. The location was close to the train station, it was convenience.

It was too noise, the sound proof was not good. Even though closed all windows at the room, still difficult to sleep well.
