The room was clean and tidy. Customer service was brilliant. Rob deserves a special shout out as we saw him the most during our stay and he went above and beyond for us.
The breakfast was incredible and the ladies in the morning were so welcoming and friendly. The bar was amazing and the food was fantastic!
The only thing wrong was there was no way to change the heating in the room but this didnt affect our stay but in the really cold or really hot months it could be a problem

Cheap and cheerful, absolutely fine for what we needed, which was to be close for visiting family.
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room.

I’ve been coming here over 2 years and it’s my go to from the USA. I love it! Brilliant staff, nice relaxing bar and restaurant, close proximity to family and nice breakfast and bedrooms! Cant beat it and the staff are the best! Thanks Park Hotel!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and very overworked. The bed was comfy.
Only 1 bath towel, no bathmat, toilet roll ran out, coffee and milks ran out . Breakfast on the first morning was cold and bacon was hard. The second two days improved. The poor staff were doing multiple jobs. The maintenance man checked us out. Dinner was not great no steak pie so was served chicken and leek not a problem but it came with beef gravy in a jug which would have been okay with steak pie but not chicken /leek in white sauce.
