Hollies Hotel

Good location for our intended purpose, very accommodating staff, nicely managed, good local walks and nice facilities within the hotel

Super food for both breakfast and dinner

Nothing

This is a large hotel that is also a conference centre or wedding venue. My Junior Suite which was an upgrade was very comfortable with all of the facilities you would expect. The bar and restaurant are both very good and the meals were lovely. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked out and so the bar and restaurant in the evening were very noisy, almost uncomfortably so, but that was mostly down to shear numbers and a few of the groups being rather large with noisy people who don’t understand indoor voices.

Too much noise in the bar and dining room in the evening.

It was lively, clean and comfortable Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly
