Steph at breakfast was very helpful, rooms were fresh and well appointed
Parking was tight, food options were limited, few things were out of stock when requested

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Just amazing. Everyone had a smile and seemed genuinely interested in providing great service.
A small hotel that when full, felt overwhelmed. Long waits at the bar when I attended a convention there. The food that the hotel provided for our convention was poor.
Bar prices were expensive. The bathroom had a weird smell and was tired looking and the bed was too hard for me.

Clean, large room. Friendly staff, great breakfast!
We arrived earlier than check in time as well and they let us have a room that was ready which was brilliant!
