Great breakfast and friendly, polite and helpful staff
Our room was very dark and stuffy ,window opening restriction prevented adequate ventilation .overlooked the waste bins only and flies buzzing below .surely there was a more desirable room with a few of the lovely gardens surrounding us ? Considering the number of rooms in the building .. we had numerous flights of stairs- no lift. The room was like an oven despite 18deg temp outside. The fan provided when started was full of thick dust that covered us when operated. Replacement offered with apology . Not sure why windows only open a few inches?
