Good value, I found booking accommodation in the Cotswolds within my budget range difficult and scarce, so my expectations for the Noel Arms weren't necessarily high, but I was more than happy with the whole experience. The Hotel itself was beautiful, staff excellent and location couldn't have been better.
Upon booking I was told about the availability of spa facilities available at their sister property located just across the road only to find that the spa facilities were closed and the closure was planned and was notified upon the website of their sister property, something I believe ought to have been known and understood, before I was advised of the facilities being available to me for my stay by the member of the team communicating with me about my booking.

Great location, good breakfast, big bed
Staff didn’t make us feel very welcome. We had our dog with us and we feel they treated us differently because of this.
Lady at breakfast was borderline rude.
Bathroom felt dirty and the room was NOT what was advertised on booking.com - It was incredible small.
