Room and bathroom was a good size, clean and neat.

We have stayed here on several occasions and each time we have been delighted with the Hotel. Good great, rooms clean, staff are so friendly. Nothing bad to say about The Park Hotel. 😁😁

A Large hotel with good facilities and lots of parking space.
Room provided was clean and tidy with adequate Tea/Coffee Facilities and Toiletries
We had a lovely meal in their restaurant area.
We were provided with a Cooked and continental Breakfast self service with cook ordered and served to table.
Staff were all pleasant. Would Recommend

Although busy with an event, the staff really looked after us . They contacted us in advance to warn us that the venue would be busy on the night of our stay and suggested we reserve a table for dinner.
The rooms were a good size, clean and modern.

they were very flexible and allowed me to work using their wifi all day when my ferry was cancelled. They also managed to find me another room when i needed an extra night. not easy for them because they were very busy.

Everything. loved the room, warm and cosy. Shower was great. Food was fab, home cooked to an excellent quality.

The breakfast selection was excellent & the evening meal food was first class.

Everything was lovely and clean, and all staff were very polite and professional.
Please try and sort the taps- the cold tap only had a tiny trickle of water coming out of it and the hot tap was far too hot, it was scalding.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We had pancakes 1 day and the traditional Scottish breakfast second day .The haggis and sausage were excellent.

Nice, spacious room with a good view of Thurso town. We twice ate supper at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly.

Location for work/NC500/ferry was really good. Ten minute walk into town centre. Room good, food good, staff great.
