Conservatory and historic features of the hotel. Also the grounds and views across the valley and the quiet, peaceful aspect.
The numbering system of the rooms was a bit confusing.

The views were lovely and the break room, the waiting staff where lovely and the evening receptionist on the Saturday was very pleasant and helpful
The room was small for the price we paid it should have been bigger, the bathroom was very tired and needed updating
