The staff were wonderful. While they had stress from a malicious customer, they remained cheerful, helpful and attentive.

The hotel was in a pedstrian area no access for a car. Had park off site in ASDA Car park ovwr night at a cost of £5.40 for 24 hrs. The room was small had to climb over the small double bed to get in and out of it.
Being given the information about the hotel being in a pedestrian area and details of parking.
