Hotel is beautiful but tired. The food was excellent evenly day. The shower could not be used as it was over the bath and I am-unable to climb in.

Lovely building, parking available close to the front door.
The staff were fantastic, there was one member of staff, Matilda who was excellent, happy, helpful, friendly.
My mum and I watched at breakfast, she was so good, helping and happy with all customers, especially those who were older. So genuine. 10/10
Stairs between lift levels and rooms. My mum is 86 and found them difficult.

The bed was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. Also having parking is always a plus.
We felt we didn’t get the room we had booked, it was extremely dated and a lot of the furniture is in need of a refurb.
