Booked it for my parents as they were going to a show at Glasgow Royal concert hall. They have answered the questions above. They both said how clean and comfortable it was, staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. Having a car park is also a massive bonus. They said there was nothing to not like. They would definitely stay there again.

I liked the manners staff had and were very lovely
the room facilities weren't the greatest , eg canvas ripped on wall , mirror hanging off wall , light in room was broke and was only 1 towel when there should have been 2 or more
