The location suited us. Nice, quiet area with Kensington High Street and tube station close by. Great buffet breakfast.

I had an issue with the TV & lack of sockets & no charging points in first room. They upgraded me to 1162 fantastic views , lovely room
The views Amazing. Staff Fabulous essentially after I had a bad fall on my 2nd night. All staff were helpful. The consierg was the absolute best in the building he helped me so much. I can't wait to return (fully mobile with both arms working) to enjoy a full week not staying in my room. I'm hoping April 2027 I cannot wait to enjoy the hotel to it's fulledt

The location was great.
The reception staff came across as rude and very dismissive when we asked about an early check in, as agreed via email. I appreciate this was ‘subject to availability’ however I had hoped that we would have been emailed prior to our arrival that this option, which we had provisionally paid for, was not likely. Concierge were looking at their phone/texting when we approached and took a minute or two before we were acknowledged. The rooms were very hot and the air conditioning was very poor.
