The room was fine although the adjustable shower head was loose so it had to be hand held all the time.
The location suited us as it is outside the London "Zones" and it was no problem getting a bus to Ealing Broadway using our bus pass. Then we got the tube into the City.
The room was quite dark even with all the lights on. We didn't find the refrigerator until just before we were checking out after two nights as it was black and pushed back under the desk.
Breakfast was hit and miss. The first day it was fine although the bacon was cremated. The second day we waited ages for our order to be taken which didn't happen. So in the end we just used the cold buffet. It's a shame there is no toaster.

The room was good with excellent facilities and the breakfast superb. The staff were friendly and all in all it exceeded our expectations.
Nothing. Everything was without fault

Location
Too expensive
Increased normal rates at least x2 if not x3 taking advantage of people attending Luke Combes concert in Wembley
