AC are very bad every where even in the room it was clear that’s saving mood for electricity due to less occupancy

On the positive side: - the hotel’s location is convenient, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is good compared to similar hotels in JBR. - the pool is clean. Beach accessories can be obtained at the hotel, as well as beach umbrellas. - the breakfast is quite varied, offering different ways to prepare eggs and various cuisines.

From the negative: - a very unpleasant and pungent smell of dampness in the room and in the hallway. It was impossible to move around and I had to open the windows to ventilate the room. When the cleaning was done in the afternoon, he sprayed the air freshener and it became much easier. But in the evening, this terrible smell came back - water was pouring out of the shower stall in the bathroom. It was constantly necessary to wipe the floor behind them so that the water would not spread throughout the room. - annoying staff. When communicating, they seem to be smiling, but this smile is absolutely not sincere. Especially during check‑out and the morning breakfast, when they saw that today was the last day, they persistently asked us to provide the names of the hostesses and to say how well they provided service. Also, during check‑out, a guy came to take our keys and very persistently asked us to go to the booking page before him, provide his name, and say what good service he had provided. Even though we had never seen him before. This leaves a very negative experience when interacting with the staff. The hotel’s name created the expectation that there would be some advantages, at least in terms of ice cream. But it wasn’t cheap; on the contrary, it was much more expensive than the same BR, which is located a 5‑minute walk away. And the quality of the ice cream itself leaves much to be desired. It’s as if it had been frozen and thawed ten times. The texture of the ice cream is like sand with dry ice crystals from the freezer.

Location is great if you dont mind a little traffic in the evenings

This is not by any measure a 5 star hotel, especially in Dubai. Amenities, rooms, facilities are nowhere close to a 5 star level. Based on my experience, I would give it a solid 3 star rating
