I stayed in the Premier Double Room with Caldera View, and overall I had both very positive and some less positive experiences. The staff member who helped me was absolutely wonderful and provided the best service. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking, and having breakfast on the terrace every morning was a beautiful experience. If you are staying for more than three days, however, it would be nice to have a little more variety in the breakfast, rather than having exactly the same food every day. The hotel cannot be reached directly by taxi because there is no road access and there are quite a lot of stairs. However, when I arrived, a staff member was waiting for me at the taxi and helped me with my luggage. They also helped me with my luggage when I was leaving, which I really appreciated.

The room itself was nice, but the ceiling was very low around the room, and I kept hitting my head until I got used to it. The room had two windows and a door, but unfortunately the windows could not be opened to let fresh air in. I also could not open the curtains for natural light because everything inside the room was visible from outside. The only way to get fresh air was to open the door, but that was also difficult because the terrace was shared with other guests, and there were always people around looking towards the room. It would be great if the hotel could find a solution to this issue, for example by providing better privacy while still allowing fresh air and natural light into

- Excellent location but a little bit of walk climb stairs up and down etc.! - Amazing sea, mountain and sunset views. - Helpful and friendly staffs only 2 plus 2 house keeping staff. - Very simple cold breakfast served in the room, only the coffee pots is hot. - Restaurants, bars, shops around walking distance. - The room was nice closed like feeling inside. - Bathroom toilets as normal in Europe was not completely closed or private. - Nice vibe around with sound and music all around. - Few clubs also there within walking distance from this hotel. - A very good area to select for your stay. - Evenings are great to just chill with a good view from any of the places around that area.

- Reaching the hotel - the taxis or vehicles will drop you at the nearest main road area only. - It was a pain to drag or carry suitcases over cobbled stoned pavement and stairs which literally ruins the suitcase wheels. - The staff was very kind to help carry the heavy suitcases on their backs. - Only 1 bottle water at check in irrespective of 1 pax or 2 or more pax. - You need to get your own dental kit, water, etc. - You have to ask for English breakfast tea bags. - No facility to make breakfast hot inside the room. - No standard normal black tea and no hot water served with the breakfast that is brought to the room. - Only 1 or 2 tea bags given along with the breakfast platter but with no hot water or drinking water. - Toilet exhaust not so effective as the odour covers the whole family cave suite.
