Rooms are ok but could use a little updating. Technically the hostel building is ok but it needs better management, cleaning and service orientation.
Breakfast ok for the price.
Stinky bathroom. Some fixing needs to be done to the pipes.
The sink was clogged.

We shared a bathroom with very dirty neighbors. No cleaning of the shared bathroom over the Easterweekend took places. Toiletpaper was not replenished. The excuse was that the cleaning staff was on holiday. Simple solution: When you charge for a room, where rooms have to share a bathroom with strangers, then you need to make sure that cleaning staff works on holidays like Easter and pay them more accordingly for their holiday work.
Charging guests full rates per night but not cleaning the shared bathrooms, is breaking the business agreement. Not cool and not nice.

The staff made me feel unwelcomed. The guest kitchen wasn't really for guests. It's really hard getting to the hostel without a car and the staff has no information about public transport in the city. No one speaks English.

In a converted factory, a 13-minute bus ride from town centre (no.15). Willing staff (either in-person or phone no. on the door), a cheap room, excellent 100 Zloty breakfast in the communal kitchen - winner!
Just be aware that it's not city centre

The rooms were nice and cozy, modern overall and communal kitchen was appreciated. Bus connection is good, and great value for the money
Kitchen was sparsely equipped, door locks were a little tricky (safe though) and bathrooms smelled sometimes... overall minor faults

– doors slammed loudly when opened or closed and caused all the other doors in the corridor to rattle

– I had no idea who was in the other room in the same 'suite' with whom I shared a bathroom. Didn't feel very comfortable or particularly safe

Good quality hostel, but when evaluating the resort, remember that it is only a hostel. There will never be great comfort for a low price. I consciously chose the cheapest room with a shared bathroom for several rooms. The room is quiet as long as the neighbors do not make noise and do not slam the door at night. Wi-fi worked ok. There is a fridge in the room, it works very quietly. TV is also in the room. It was clean. In 15 minutes you can easily walk to the University. The hostel provides good value for money.
There was poor lighting in the room, hard to read a book or newspaper in the evening. The toilet seat was broken but usable. It is a bit far from the center, there is no shop nearby.

cheap & the personell was friendly - checked me in late without a problem
uncomfortable - no lift, used towels, v loud room as the neighbours could be heard loud and clear, v uncomfortable bed

The room is spacy, beds comfortable.
Very cheap for Czech Republicpublic nowadays.
The major problem is bunka-type accommodation. You share your bathroom with the other room so it's always occupied. We waited for an hour to shower because they tookso long. There' also no common toilet on the corridor so if someone showers you cannot go to the loo. You also hear everything from the other room.
The location is very far from the centre if you go on foot, more like 30 minutes walk than 15.

Nice and spacious room with private bathroom. There were two separate beds and also a big sofa, fridge, TV, table and chair, wardrobe.
All was good, did not find anything wrong on the stay or the property.
