The window in the sunny room can be opened and there is no barrier or covering. It was a bit scarry. I would not recommend for people with mental health problems and people with neurodivergent disorders.

Great location, the view from the room was to our expectation with an ocean view. Sky point is a must go.

The facilities are a little dated, and unfortunately, the concierge service was quite disappointing. When we arrived, our room was not ready, and the two ladies at the front desk did not take the opportunity to explain the building's facilities, such as the pool, gym, or breakfast options at SkyPoint. There was no one waiting behind us, so we felt there was plenty of time to provide a more welcoming and informative check-in experience. We only discovered after entering our room that there was a special deal available for dining at SkyPoint, which was disappointing as this information would have been helpful to know earlier. Overall, better communication and a more proactive approach from the front desk would have made our arrival experience much better.
