The apartment that we got was spacious. The breakfast was great. The location is great for Lima nightlight offering a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
The hotel is right in the center of Lima's nightlife. Unfortunately, acoustic isolation is very poor, so if there's any music from outside or any of the guests are having a mini-party, it was very noisy in our room. We stayed for 4 night. 1 night was fine. 1 night was OK. 2 nights were very noisy all the way until the morning.
The AC in the room that we had was super noisy. Using it during the day was maybe OK, but definitely not possible during the night. So the combination of all-windows-closed and no AC was not ideal.

room 305 is next to gym, so you hear noises from 6 am. Also air cooler is wery noisy, i cant sleep when it is on. And when it is off temperaturecis too hight to sleep well.

A very beautiful and comfy room, very kind and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
It can be noisy late in the evening, since the place is right next to the "going out" street.
Also, the lobby area is very small, there is no common space apart from the breakfast room.
In the description there was a "sauna" but this was not true...

Rude staff at the reception, first he said he won't accept cash, then said he didn't have change (in US dollars). When we paid the exact amount, he turned down a bill because "it was stained". Poor communication, I don't know why they keep such rude people at the reception. They make you feel like you owe them.
Apartment okayish but terrible mold smell. There's no window to open and refresh the air so staying there for 2 nights wasn't good at all.

I loved the location! Good wifi and great breakfast. They kept our luggage in a room since we couldn’t check in early.
The front guy when we asked if we could check in was very rude.

Amazing location in Miraflores, next to many restaurants, shops, and cafes. I was able to do an ocean run prior to the amazing breakfast that was offered by the hotel. We had stayed in city central in Lima prior during our trip, next time however, we will come back to Miraflores.
The bathroom sink was clogged, and it takes some smacking of the drain for the water to completely drain from the sink.

Room was good. It is very big so feels a bit empty.
Public sauna and showers could use some renovation.

Very good location. Distance walking to many places. Marilu and Omar from the restaurant great staff.
The cleaness of the room’s floor. We never used shows inside the room and only arrived at night and the socks were always black. The
breakfast was good, not excellent. After 9am options to eat were very few.
