The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. The price I paid for my 28 day stay was very reasonable. The reception staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were very hardworking, polite and helpful. My room was a bit tired looking but renovations to other rooms have taken place.

the location is good. our apartment 909 had good views of the sea. The apartment itself is fully equipped, hob, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and kettle. The kettle was missing from our room but this was very quickly rectified. Plenty of storage. We had a large double bed which was very comfortable. Four pillows but asked for and got two more which were promptly delivered. Towels changed every 3 days, bed linen supposedly every 7 days but our duvet cover wasn’t changed at all in the 3 weeks we were there. It was sprayed with something which wasn’t for me as it really irritated my eczema. Two lifts in the building, not very big but we managed to get an electric wheelchair in them. A library to borrow books from. Reception area and pool area very clean. The on-site supermarket is closed down but there are 3 within a 2 minute walk. Cafe bar on site, nice people running it, gets very busy with local Spanish people particularly for football matches. Check in isn’t till 3pm but you can have a drink at the bar or leave your cases and go for a little wander. Free Wi-Fi and safe key. Main door is closed in the evening but you are given a key to get in and there is also a security guard on all night. Lastly the girls on reception are FABULOUS, they cannot do enough to help.

There is an abandoned building at the back which seems to be the source of a horrible smell in the corridor but it didn’t seem to affect the room. As seems to be the norm in a lot of Spain, the shower curtain is useless so you shower and so does the bathroom floor😀

considering it was a room for 3 people (two single bed and one very squeaky folding bed) was hoping we would have more room! But we weren’t in it long so wasn’t detrimental to the stay

we stayed there three times this year so that says it all we love the location and the facilities in the apartments are great. we’ve also eaten in their restaurant and the food is lovely and very good value for money. Also the location is great for us. staff are great and very helpful

there’s nothing we don’t like about the property. it’s very clean and has all we need. the apartments are dated but it doesn’t matter to us

very good price performance. the best location, close to everything. apartment with sea view and big balcony, couldn’t wish for more.

on the last night it started such a big noise in city, seemed like construction work. If windows are open at night you can hear city noise, that is normal.

We stayed in room 212 and unfortunately the room was not to expected standards. It really needs a complete revamp. We have stayed in the Palm Beach many times before and never have stayed in a room in the state as this. This has put us off from staying at the Palm Beach in the future

The elevator is small and old and it was scary. And there was no long mirror in our studio. We had to try our best to use the bathroom mirrow

Bed is not comfortable. Air conditioning only in the living room (working), and ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working for the whole period although we made a request, so it was really hard to sleep. The door lock needs replacement (been to 100s of places never seen a similar lock) No wardrobe or closet, only a hanger and a chest of drawers (not practical at all) Relatively low QPR.
