Room was clean, water was hot.

We could hear the comings and going’s of our neighbours, their TV’s through the night. The bathroom was in need of serious maintenance. Kitchen facilities were almost nonexistent.

The breakfast was average, served from 6 am to 9 am. However, by 8:30 am, most of the offerings had been depleted without being refilled. The cleaners are doing their best, but the property is old. Unfortunately, we encountered a mouse during the night.

Our holiday was marred by an unexpected encounter with a mouse in our room. Despite expressing our disappointment to the staff and manager the next morning, we were met with explanations rather than a satisfactory resolution. While they changed our room for the following night, we emphasized that such an experience was unacceptable, as it significantly affected our enjoyment. Unfortunately, our request for a refund was denied, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests. We hope our feedback prompts the hotel to reconsider their approach to guest satisfaction and compensation in such situations, ensuring future guests do not encounter similar disappointments.

Coffee/Tea making facilities plus wineglasses. Room fee included breakfast which was very good and lots to choose from. Parking space was outside room.

Room and bathroom was a bit old-fashioned and could do with updating.

The staff we very friendly. Breakfast was good for being continental and included in the room price - loved the pancake machine. The room was very clean. The location was very convenient for us.

This was the second time I'd stayed here. The room still looked good but was showing early signed of wear.

Good size room. Continental breakfast included. Laundry facilities included.

Wonderful breakfast and the restaurant meals are excellent. Beds very comfortable and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which my sister and I much appreciated.

Everything was good - just missed providing a tea towel.
