The property was quite large & had different "house pods" joined by gardens & verandahs. The staff where all very pleasant, helpful & inviting.

room decoration is pretty; the facilities are nice. the staff is super helpful, her service for both check-in and out are prpfessional and excellent.
the flies, but i totally understand its normal to see those flies; so i guess its actually fine. But I guess the hotel can provide some insect prevention stuff maybe?

Room good size, extensive grounds, most staff courteous
In room phone not working, alternative mobile number had message that MessageBank was full so no possibility of room service. Walk to main building from annex with 40kph wind blowing! Staff unsympathetic on this issue to point of rudeness. Main restaurant buffet style very expensive.
Decor awful mix of original Sebel country manor and modern contemporary black & white. Generally has a somewhat run-down feel of somewhere that used to be a quality venue. Surprised at its star rating. Very poor value for money
