Upon our arrival, we were received with exceptional hospitality. We were escorted to our quarters and provided with a thorough orientation of the facilities. The property was both luxurious and well-appointed, and the expansive grounds provided an ideal environment for our child to enjoy. The accommodation offered sufficient space for my grandson to play, complemented by accessible outdoor areas at both the front and rear of the property.
The navigation system failed to provide accurate directions to the facility, the service provided by a staff member at the on-site restaurant was suboptimal, and the menu offerings were insufficient.

Breakfast was good, lovely location
The bed was too soft for us

Lovely location, great staff and really great views.
We also said we were bringing a puppy and they had dog stuff like bowls, bed and treats in the room. Very nice touch.
-Room was boiling hot and the windows have safety latch so couldn't open enough to cool it down. There is a fan but only blows hot air. I would not dare stay in that room in peak summer!
-Drains blocked in room so sink and shower didnt drain properly.
-Head chef sadly had an emergency the day prior but this meant that no hot breakfast was served (which is included in the price paid). This made things feel less value for money.
