Charlie Hotel

Well located in a leafy suburb. The bed was really comfortable. The street and the hotel were both very quiet, which I appreciated. Nice high ceilings and big bay window. Friendly staff.

It was basic, with very little furniture but it was fine for an overnight stay. We would have really appreciated a later checkout time, as 10 am feels quite early for a weekend! The staff were relaxed though when we left at 10:30.

Struttura a conduzione familiare,piccolina ma gestita molto bene. Ho preso la camera singola che era piccola, però molto pulita con tutto il necessario. Situato in un quartiere molto tranquillo di Londra, vicino Camden town. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Rapporto qualità prezzo a Londra nettamente superiore rispetto a molte altre strutture.

Nulla in particolare,tutto come mi aspettavo.

The access arrangements were very easy to manage, keyless entry worked well. The room was clean and well decorated. Bathroom similarly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and there were 2 coffee machines, one of which in lobby so coffee and teas available 24hrs. The bed was comfortable and most important it all felt clean and cared for. We had a really enjoyable meal nearby at the Tuffnell Park Tavern, recommended.

The room on 2nd floor was tiny, smaller than I expected. No bedside cabinets, literally no room to swing a very small cat, and reading lamp on one side only. No 'wardrobe' but a couple of hangers were present. It was not possible to walk round far side of bed, more of a sideways shuffle. Bathroom was similarly small with low ceiling and door. A large person would struggle to access the shower. Some conversation was audible from a near bedroom but not excessive sound transfer. Having said all this, I would stay again, clean is the most important factor for us.

Clean tidy breakfast suprising good options.beds comfortable and clean

The shower in the room was unuseable due to it being scaldingly hot with temp adjustment did not work dissapointing this was reported to the staff who didn't seem thstbothered.
