Receptionist Trish was so lovely! Very very warm welcome lovely lady!! Give her a pay rise you don’t go many places these days and have a lady like her welcoming you!
The room was a bit run down as in old furniture etc but the beds were very comfy I had a very good sleep and I was really happy with the room as I was expecting a double bed with a sofa bed and pull out bed but we ended up in room 2 which is a double bed then at the end of the room there’s another room (there’s no door) but we didn’t care and this room had twin beds!

Property was amazing, can’t thank the staff enough for the help they gave us at short notice due to the crown inn at stone being absolutely filthy,, can’t remember the names of the lady and man on reception but they were amazing,, clean tidy room and very comfortable beds

It was clean and comfy
Bathroom was not great, bath is tiny and shower is fixed and very high, and barley works it's fine for one night but any longer lack of facilities would be an issue
