Excellent staff, all the way from arrival to departure. Also very knowledgeable about the local area. An enjoyable stay

The staff at Cross Keys were lovely and cheerful, helpful!
That the staff had a lot to put up with, having to tell people that they hadnt got items on the menu as the food hadnt been delivered. We felt very sorry for them, as some guests didnt take kindly to being told that and the staff had to try and placate them, not their fault at all!!
