Everything was excellent, room clean and comfortable. Towels changed daily. The pool areas are amazing. Enjoyed cocktails and lunch each day by the pool. So relaxing. This was our second visit and would definitely return.

A beautiful place set in a perfect location. The staff and the amenities were fantastic. The pool was divine. We had several amazing meals at the restaurant, situated right at the front overlooking the beach and ocean. But there are amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. Private, secure underground parking—a beautiful place in a perfect location.
The ONLY thing is, we should have requested a downstairs suite, as we had five flights of stairs to get to our suite. But that was a mistake on my part, not the hotel's. It kept up our steps exercise every day 😂🤣👍

Pool was incredible and perfect for the kids, they had a ball and we’d literally go back just for the pool.
The apartment we had was nice, very dated though the bathroom and bedrooms in main area suite were very small but lounge and kitchen areas spacious
The staff throughout were so rude. No one helped us from the car with our bags, manager and front desk staff were always in a bad mood. Staff around the pool/bar were also in a bad mood, everything seemed too hard - food and empty drinks sat around by the pool and foyer for hours

The pool and location
Air con did not work in lounge area which was uncomfortable as we could not open the door to let any air in. Cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom.
