loved the spacious rooms and the pool

Staff where very helpful, location was excellent, tram station was right next door, pools and gym was good, Room had every thing needed, only down side was the interior was a little dated. overall very good would defiantly stay here again.

We had a very good stay at the Mantra hotel. The highlight is definitely its amazing location, perfect for getting around the area with ease. The service from the staff was excellent and very attentive at all times.
The hotel offers great facilities and amenities to enjoy, such as the pool, the spa, and the restaurant.
As a constructive suggestion, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety; when staying for several days, eating the same options every morning can get a little repetitive. A more diverse menu would make the experience even better.
The overall experience was positive, and I believe the hotel offers great value for money. Definitely recommended!
The only downside we noticed regarding the facilities was on the room's balcony: the outdoor air conditioning unit was completely rusted. Traveling with my son, I preferred not to let him get too close to the balcony to prevent him from touching it, as it didn't look good and could be a potential hazard. It would be great if they could perform some maintenance on those units.

Room was fantastic.
Very noisy (road & wind). Surprised Pool Bar wasn’t open on many days. Breakfast could have been nicer.
