Location and restaurant
Had an issue with construction noise that hadn’t been previously advised. Crowne made good with other options.

I loved how spacious the room was, I loved how comfy the chairs on the balcony were. Lovely big bathroom, the aircon controlled the room temperature perfectly. Squeaky clean. Friendly staff. Meribella had AMAZING food, service at atmosphere.
The only things I would change would be the shower head, and add a fan in the bathroom. It would be nice if parking were included in the fee. Not a smart TV but I figured out how to cast from my phone. Downstairs in the cafe / beer garden / outdoor dining area stinks like dogs.

Great central location to cafes, shops and Terrigal haven.
Rooms are a bit dated and carpets dirty.

The location is great, super easy access to the beach with nice food and restaurants options around
During our stay over public holiday and school holiday weekends, the lift was broken hence the wait time to lift was extremely long. The buffet was also a long wait due to a high volume of people and a shortage of staffing. The buffet option was also limited.
