spacious room, crusty bed linen, comfy pillows, good breakfast, fast check-in and check-out, and parking - what else do you need for a one-night stay! also, the location was nice- a 5-min walk to the Monasterio, but not next to it or the noise from the restaurants. perfect!
although there were no slippers, but I've got mine )))

Lovely Spacious Room
Lots of facilities available
Upon leaving early (before breakfast) the hotel provided us with sandwiches at checkout
Breakfast was nice with a range of items on offer, but wasn't to the standard of the rest of the hotel. (Just a personal opinion)

The location was good,
Close to the center and Batalha Monastery, also there is a supermarkets cross the street,
The parking is free in the hotel property.
Also they have spa area, my main purpose for booking this hotel, the inside pool was clean.
The walls of the room were damaged, which is a shame because it's something that's easy to fix and just looks bad.

No supervision. You have to pay extra to use the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast was the bare minimum, nothing special. No staff. No restaurant service on Sundays, that should have been informed previously. The few staff there was didn’t gave the clients priority on the elevators.
