Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds.

It was very spacious

I paid for parking and then was told I couldn’t park there as it was full. I couldn’t check into my room and was asked to wait then almost 2 hours later we asked how long it would be so we could plan and they gave us a different room as they still didn’t know how much longer.

Everything was great. Have stayed mult6times and always excellent great location and comfy beds!! Good showers and bonus washing machine and dryer in room. Loved it and will stay here again

Great spot and very easy to get to by car, with onsite parking. We stayed here as we were attending an event at the Hordern Pavilion and would stay here again. Moore Park is about a 15 minute walk from this property, or an easy 10 minute bike ride which are available to rent around the hotel. Nice area with a Coles just up the road. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay, including a kitchenette and washing machine/dryer.

It is very close to a main road which was very noisy during the day and night - not so much an issue for us but may be for other travellers who are sensitive to road noise.

Nice location very close to Moore Park, several nice cafes and Coles supermarket within 2mins walk, kitchen and laundry were well equipped. Everything was very clean, check-in and check-out was smooth.

Nothing in particular to dislike, unless you prefer a location more in the city center.

Lovely hotel, room is very big, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Pillows were awesome, seriously considered "accidently" putting one in my suitcase

Not a lot of room to get out of the shower, the glass screen is very close to vanity, would be a little difficult for an older person

Clean, Spacious rooms. Comfy beds and soft pillows. Area was very nice and just a short walk to Coles to bring back to the room.

Hot water was only warm, must have been set at a certain temperature. Instructions on how to use the dishwasher and oven in the apartment.

Lovely room with loads of room and great facilities. We especially appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Location was just what we wanted- easy access to buses and a short walk to shops and cafes. Staff were friendly and Paul in particular was really helpful.

Only one minor hence not 10. The first night we were put on the main road side so it was very noisy with traffic. We asked to be moved and this happened the second night when a room was made available. So much quieter at the back of the hotel.

The reception staff were excellent. Always willing to help with any concerns.

The security guard's behavior was rude and unpleasant. His attitude to address questions directed at the receptionist resulted in an unpleasant experience. I feel he certainly decreased the prestige of the hotel. I tried to access the gym, sauna, but my key card wouldn't allow entry. Perhaps next time!!

Very spacious place, clean and close to public transport. Beds are clean and comfortable. Meriton exceeded our expectations, a lot better than most hotels.

In past stays at other Meriton hotels, they have a printed piece of paper, in your room on coffee table, with local cafe/restaurants that deliver to Meriton hotel, this was handy for dinner/Breakfadt options, it’s just had on it cafe/restaurant name and what meal eg breakfast and phone/website.

I loved the location of the property. The room is very good for the value of money. Very clean and the chrome casting to the TV is a great feature. Highly recommend staying at the Meriton Waterloo.
