Meriton Suites George Street, Parramatta

Cooper at reception was exceptional and made our stay so much better. He explained all of our parking options as we were needing to leave the premises for an extended period. He could not have been anymore accommodating and it a credit to his employer.

The parking was limited.

Room exceeded our expectations so spacious and clean, staff were excellent as well.

The parking situation is horrible, took as awhile to get one we pre paid but couldn’t get a spot straight away which was disappointing, we had to leave and when came back there was none and we had to park at the woolies which was also a struggle. Please allocate for hotel guests only.

Beautiful suite with all the things you need. Great location. Friendly staff. Parking on site :)

Elevators get congested at peak times

I liked the bedroom and bathroom, they were both clean and comfortable

The spa was dirty, foamy,had gross things floating around in it and it was mouldy. the sauna was pitch black and didn’t really work,the floor for the pool area was dirty. the wifi was horrible, the washing machine and dryer didn’t work( wouldn’t even turn on). I stayed in the suite with a king sized bed and they gave me a room including a king sized bed but locked the bigger, nicer bedroom with a much better view even though that was the bedroom that was advertised and the one that I was expecting to be sleeping in.
